Welcome to Tethify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our crypto futures trading management platform ("Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Tethify provides professional crypto futures trading management services. Our team of expert traders manages your crypto futures trading account on your behalf using API access with trade-only permissions.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from receiving our Services under applicable laws
• Maintain a minimum account balance of $5,000 USD equivalent

4. Account Setup

To use our Services, you must:

• Create an account with one of our supported exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, etc.)
• Fund your exchange account with the minimum required amount
• Create trade-only API keys and provide them to Tethify
• Maintain sole control over your exchange account and funds

5. Fees

Our fee structure is performance-based:

• We charge 50% of net profits generated by our trading
• No fees are charged if we do not generate profits
• Fees are calculated and payable monthly
• You are responsible for any exchange fees or transaction costs

6. Risk Disclosure

Crypto futures trading involves substantial risk of loss:

• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Leveraged trading can amplify both gains and losses
• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and that Tethify is not responsible for any trading losses.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account
• Maintain adequate funds in your exchange account to cover margin requirements
• Monitor your account regularly
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with our trading strategies

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Services at any time by:

• Revoking API access (for you)
• Providing written notice (for us)

Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees owed for Services rendered prior to termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tethify shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Trading losses or market movements
• Exchange platform outages or technical issues

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through email or through our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
