Tethify provides mobile applications that allow users to manage cryptocurrency cloud mining operations. Our Apps serve as management interfaces for mining operations that occur on our remote servers, not on your device.

3. No Personal Information Collection

Our Apps are designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or process any personal information from our users. Specifically:

• No registration or account creation is required
• We do not request or collect names, email addresses, or contact information
• We do not access or collect device identifiers
• We do not track or collect location data
• We do not collect any other personally identifiable information

The only information processed by our Apps relates to your mining operations and cryptocurrency wallet addresses for payout purposes, which is not personally identifiable.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Apps, you agree to:

• Use the Apps only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate wallet information for payouts
• Maintain the security of your device and wallet information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction

5. Payment and Fees

Our Apps are available for a one-time purchase fee of $5.00 USD through the Google Play Store. This fee grants you permanent access to the App and its management features.

Please note that this fee is for the App itself and does not guarantee specific mining returns, which are subject to market conditions and network difficulty.

6. Intellectual Property

All Tethify Apps, including their design, graphics, code, and content, are the intellectual property of Tethify and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Tethify does not guarantee:

• Specific mining profitability or returns
• Continuous, uninterrupted access to our services
• That the Apps will be error-free or secure

Cryptocurrency mining involves market risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tethify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Apps
• Any changes to our Apps or services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party
• Any other matter relating to our Apps

9. Changes to Terms

Tethify reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or within our Apps. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
